Time & Construction linked Payment Plan

At the time of Booking –   10% of BSP + S.T. (As Applicable)

Within 45 days of booking –   10% of BSP + S.T. (As Applicable)

Within 90 days of booking – 10% of BSP + 50% of PLC + S.T. (As Applicable)

Within 150 days of booking – 10% of BSP + S.T. (As Applicable)

Within 210 days of booking–10% of BSP + 50% of PLC + S.T. (As Applicable)

Within 270 days of booking – 10% of BSP + S.T. (As Applicable)

On completion of Brick work – 10% of BSP + 100% club fee + S.T. (As Applicable)

On completion of internal plumbing work – 10% of BSP + S.T. (As Applicable)

On completion of internal electrical and wiring work – 10% of BSP + S.T. (As Applicable)

On completion of Flooring & Tiles – 5% of BSP + S.T. (As Applicable)

At the time of possession – 5% of BSP + 100% of other charges as per Builder – buyer Agreement + S.T. (As Applicable)

Down Payment Plan :-

Down Payment Plan for Service / Business suite (6% Rebate on 80% of BSP value) to be adjusted if payment made within 45 days of booking.

At the time of Booking –   10% of BSP + S.T. (As Applicable)

Within 30 days from Booking – 80% of BSP + 100% of club fees + 100% of PLC + S.T. (As Applicable)

At the time of offer of possession – 10% of BSP + 100% of other charges as applicable + S.T. (As Applicable)
